Electronic Shop - inmates install emergency
lights, radios and other equipment in the
Sheriff’s vehicles.
The Paint and Body Shop - is used to repair
and paint units that have been involved in a
crash or damaged in other ways. The inmates
learn skills that prepare them for outside work.
The Mechanic Shop - Inmates do routine
mechanic work on vehicles from oil changes to
complete engine over hauls.
By using Working Inmates to do the labor on these projects it saves the taxpayers money and also helps the inmates to develop a trade that will help them obtain employment when they are released.
